Adams and Tom Jefferson
Madison, Monroe and Adams
Jackson and Van Buren

Harrison, Tyler, Polk and Taylor
Fillmore, Pierce, Buchanan
Lincoln, Johnson, Grant and Hayes and
Garfield ruled the land then

Arthur was the 21st and
22 was Cleveland
Harrison was 23 and
back came President Cleveland

McKinley and then Roosevelt
Taft and Woodrow Wilson
Harding and then Coolidge and then
maybe someday you can.

Hoover, swept by Roosevelt,
Who died and Truman stepped in.
Eisenhower followed him
And Kennedy then leapt in.

Upon whose death L. Johnson ruled
But soon succumbed to Nixon,
Who abdicated off to Ford,
Then Carter (Georgia hick)'s in.

Ronald Reagan vanquished Carter;
Bush, his Veep, came on, sir.
Billy Clinton took two terms
